St Patrick's Day is a funny one, I'm not quite sure why it's more recognised and celebrated around the world than St David's Day and St George's Day. We're not Irish at all, but it is a fun day with all of the leprechauns and rainbows, so we may start doing more for it in future years.
This year I wasn't very prepared, I can't actually remember what the last crafty activity we did was! So we just did something small for Ethan's Creative Development, and drew a rainbow. Ethan is getting very good at identifying colours and loves singing the rainbow song, so this was perfect for him. Nana also brought him some special St Patrick's Day stickers, so he stuck them on his picture as well, and learned about leprechauns, shamrocks and pots of gold!
