Top Ten Leaf Printing Activities

12:00

As much as we love all the fun of summer we always happily welcome in the autumn for all the fun of playing in the leaves.  Leaves are fascinating things with all of their intricate patterns and make the most fantastic prints.  We've had a look around and found all of the best fall printing crafts to share with you.

There's some simple Fall Leaf Prints from Meaningful Mama using paint and some Easy Leaf Printing from Picklebums using markers which are both a great introduction to leaf printing using different materials.

If you want to add a little something extra then this Leaf Print Art from Research Parent is perfect, it's a sweet and simple idea for kids to add their own creativity to their leaf prints.

I also love these Leaf Rubbing Plates from Freshly Planted they are so great for being able to do leaf rubbings over and over again.

We made these Cinnamon Salt Dough Leaf Prints and they were so much fun to make and incredible smelling as well as pretty to hang up when they're finished.

Once you've made your leaf prints there are all sorts of fun crafts that you can make with them.  I love this Leaf Printed Autumn Banner from Happiness is Homemade perfect for a fall decoration.  These Leaf Print Books from NurtureStore are fantastic and so inspiring for some fantastic writing projects.

I absolutely love these Shaving Cream Marbling Autumn Leaves this Bubble Wrap Leaf Collage from Hands on As We Grow and these Autumn Leaf Marionette Birds from Red Ted Art are fantastic!
