Norm of the North Review and Activity Booklet

08:30

We were lucky enough to see the new film Norm of the North at a screening a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it!  Norm of the North will be in cinemas from March 18th, perfect timing for the Easter break, but if you want to get the kids excited a bit early, I've got a free activity booklet that you can print out to keep them busy.

Norm of the North is about a polar bear who wants to protect his home in the Arctic from people coming to live there.  He goes on a mission with three adorable little lemmings to New York City to find out who is responsible for this plan and stop it.  It's a really sweet story and Ethan and his little friend really enjoyed the film.  For me it was great because there were no scary parts to worry about, nothing that wasn't suitable for Ethan's age (he's 4) or that would need explaining afterwards.  It was also interesting for him to see Arctic animals and gave us an opportunity to talk about those animals and how important their habitat is.

It's a fun movie and a great way to spend an afternoon with the kids over Easter break. These activity sheets are fantastic too, Ethan is a huge fan of a spot the difference and loves a maze!  (To download the whole activity booklet to print out, click here)
