Today we played with Ethan's Nativity Set. I looked around for a nice one one, but some were quite expensive or too big/small, so I ended up with this little wooden set from Tesco. Other ones that I liked (and may end up buying in the future) are the Little People Christmas Story, Bigjigs Nativity Set and the Playmobil Nativity.
Ethan really likes the set, moving the little people around and handing them to me. Of course he is very young to really understand the story, but I do think that it's nice that he hears it from a young age. This is a part of his Personal, Social and Emotional Development as he learns about Christmas and it's origins.
