Parragon Little Learners Book Review: Five Little Monkeys & Old MacDonald Had a Farm
13:54We have received some more lovely books from Parragon to review on the blog this month. These two are super cute, and I knew that Ethan would love them as soon as I opened the package! They are nursery rhyme books with a finger puppet poking through the middle. One is Five Little Monkeys and the other is Old MacDonald Had a Farm, and each is available on Amazon for £3, which I think is very good value for money (they would make lovely gifts for new babies or great little stocking stuffers). They are perfect for Ethan as he loves to sing both of these songs, and is now able to follow along with the words in the book as part of his Communication, Language and Literacy development.
Of course I was right and Ethan was very excited to see these books and to play with them. I love books like this because Ethan brings them to me to read them to them, but he equally enjoys sitting and looking at them on his own. It brings the songs that he loves to life with the little finger puppet as well. I would highly recommend these books, they're fantastic for little learners :)
