As we're back from holiday now and it is still January I'm trying to get back into healthy eating and cooking. What better way than to have Ethan help me in the kitchen by doing his own cooking!
Ethan loves playing with his pots and pans, putting in the pretend food and stirring it around. He's always watching me prepare his meals in the kitchen, so I use the same language whilst we play with his cooking toys to help with his Knowledge and Understanding of the World by making a connection between his play and preparing real meals.
