Christmas Challenge with £5 Gifts from Sports Direct

Christmas is coming, and the shopping has begun!  I am always looking for fun and different gifts to give the children, so of course I agreed to take part in the Sports Direct £5 Christmas Challenge, to find gifts from their Christmas Gift Guide for the kids that cost only £5 (or less!) I was very pleasantly surprised to find so many different toys and games than I expected, it is definitely not limited to sports equipment!

For Ivy I found this fantastic Frozen Paint Your Own Figure set.  She is really into painting at the moment, it's the activity that she asks to do most days.  And she recently had a little set of figures and paints that came with a magazine that she was so excited to paint!  And I was really impressed with how carefully she was able to paint the different parts of them in different colours (instead of the usual mix of paints becoming brown everywhere).  So i definitely think that she's ready for very special painting kits like this one.  She loves all of the Disney Princesses and will be thrilled to have her own Elsa figure that she painted on the shelf in her bedroom.

For Ethan I chose this Robotsaur transforming dinosaur.  He is absolutely obsessed with anything that transforms!  He has a very logical mind and loves to see how things work and make them do different things.  He's also very creative and has a large collection of different action figures and toys that he can create stories with, so I know that this Robotsaur will be a great addition to his collection.

Of course I saw plenty of other gifts in the Sports Direct Christmas Gift Guide that would be suitable for my two kids.  There are plenty of character toys and games, sports equipment, creative toys and so much more.  I'm excited to have another place to shop for the kids that really is affordable.  Let the countdown to Christmas begin!
