Easter Bunny Masks

10:04

Easter is fast approaching, and this year it's so early that I'm feeling completely unprepared! Thankfully, we have a few super easy crafts to get us into the Easter groove.  We've made these Easter Bunny Colour-in Masks from Baker Ross and now we're feeling like Easter is coming.

These masks really do make Easter fun super simple, the kit comes with the masks and strings to tie them on.  The eye openings and holes for the string are perforated so you just have to pop them out, then get started decorating them however you like.

I love that the kids have such different techniques for this sort of activity now that they're getting older.  Ethan is quite keen to follow instructions, so he was looking at the packet and wanted to use the same colours to do his bunny mask as the one in the photo.  Ivy just wanted to use as many colours as she possibly could!  We used markers to colour our masks to make them as vibrant and bright as possible, but for a bit less mess crayons or coloured pencils would do the trick as well.

Then once they've finished colouring you just pop the string with the metal ends through the holes in the masks and they are ready to wear and hop around pretending to be the Easter bunny, it just couldn't get any easier!
