Fun Rugby Books for Kids

07:30

With the Rugby World Cup fast approaching it's time to get prepared and start teaching the kids about rugby to get them all excited!  What better way then to get some great books to read and look at.

My first choice has got to be Mr. Men The Rugby Match, Ethan and Ivy love the Mr Men books so I think for them this is a great introduction to the sport.  We also love sticker books, so we've got to get the Usborne Activities Rugby Sticker Book, I'm hoping that one will help teach me a bit about where the players are meant to go and what they should do!

For slightly older kids (over 5) the Official Rugby World Cup Fact File would be great for learning all about the teams and the players.  And the Official Rugby World Cup Activity Book that includes stickers and all sorts of activities would go along with it perfectly.  You kids will become serious experts on rugby with those books!  And just for fun, the Diary of a Rugby Champ, a story of a little boy learning to play rugby will also teach loads of rugby facts through a fun story.

We're definitely going to be reading loads of these books and practising our rugby skills in the garden over the next few weeks!
