Today we had mostly a quiet day at home, and Ethan happily coloured in his new Peppa Pig Puzzle. Colouring is great for his Creative Development and he learns about using colours to make a picture.
Ethan loves little sets like these, he gets very excited to see characters that he recognises (we don't actually watch the tv show, but he has a few Peppa Pig books). And he is so excited to open up the packet and use the new crayons. He pulls his little chair up to the table and happily sits and colours. It still isn't an activity that he'll do for a long period of time, but as he gets older I've noticed that his attention span has increased.
